Ghost Racks
We were first engaged with Ghost Racks to redesign their website and improve their e-commerce experience. To start this journey we did a brand strategy workshop which uncovered the need to also refresh the branding.
The bones were good, but it needed to be consolidated and applied in a more cohesive style that aligned with the new strategy. We had new product photography shot and we designed a new set of renders for each style of rack to help customers envisage how the racks look within different spaces.
Paying special attention to the customer journey, we ensure every touch point experienced was aligned with our messaging and positioning.
We have been working with Ghost Racks to overhaul their entire brand house and the result is something we are very proud of, and the dramatic increase in sales is a testament to this work.
